冻结原因自查
在申诉前，了解原因能让你的解释更有说服力：
- 机器行为： 短时间内大量关注、点赞或转发，被系统判定为 Bot。
- 环境异常： 频繁更换 IP 地址（例如经常切换 VPN 节点），导致账户安全风险。
- 资料违规： 头像或昵称涉及敏感政治、暴力内容，或冒充他人。
第一步：找到申诉入口
千万不要在 App 里死磕，直接去网页版申诉中心效率最高。
- 打开浏览器，访问 X 官方申诉页面 (Appeal Form)。
- 如果未登录，请先登录你被冻结的账号。
- 在 "Where are you experiencing this issue?"（在哪里遇到问题）选择 "My computer browser"（电脑浏览器）。

第三步：后续跟进与注意事项
查收邮件
提交后几分钟内，你会收到一封自动回复邮件。务必直接回复这封邮件！ 内容可以简短写 "I have confirmed my information, please review." 这步非常关键，否则工单可能没人处理。
耐心等待
通常解冻时间为 3-7 个工作日。期间不要重复提交申诉，否则会被视为骚扰，反而拖慢进度。
